Privacy Policy

This is a starting template, not legal advice. It describes what this system actually collects and stores today — have it reviewed by a lawyer for the specific privacy laws that apply to you and your customers (e.g. GDPR if you serve EU customers).

1. What we collect

Account data: your email (from Stripe at checkout), the username and password you choose during setup (passwords are hashed — we never store or can see your actual password), and a session token when you log in.

Purchase data: which products you bought, the amount paid, and a reference to the Stripe checkout session. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payment directly.

Content you submit: photos, screenshots, or videos you upload to a bot, plus the AI-generated results (images/videos). These are processed to run your generation and some are kept temporarily so you can view them again in your history — they can be cleared periodically and aren't a permanent backup.

Your own API keys: if you connect your own xAI, OpenAI, or RunPod account in Settings, those keys are encrypted before being stored, and never shown back to you in full once saved.

Prompt preferences: any forbidden/required words or custom instructions you set in Settings, used only to shape your own generations.

2. What we don't do

We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Your session is kept in your browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie, and is only sent back to our own server to prove you're logged in.

3. Who else sees your data

  • Stripe — processes your payment and card details directly; we never handle those ourselves.
  • Resend — sends the account-setup email after purchase.
  • Your own AI provider and compute accounts (xAI, OpenAI, RunPod) — if you've connected your own keys, your prompts and uploaded content are sent to those accounts to generate your content. That's between you and those providers under their own terms.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else beyond what's needed to run the service above.

4. Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time — reach out and we'll take care of it, short of records we're required to keep for accounting/tax purposes.
