Terms & Refund Policy

1. What you're buying

AISTUDIO sells access to AI generation bots, ComfyUI workflows, and LoRA models. These are digital products and services, delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery

After a successful payment, you'll receive an email with instructions to set up your account. Delivery is typically immediate to within 24 hours.

3. Refunds

Because these are digital products delivered instantly and usable right away, all sales are final once access has been delivered — we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with output quality, or misuse.

Exceptions — we will offer a refund or fix at our discretion if:

• You never received access due to a technical failure on our end, and we're unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
• The product delivered is materially different from what was advertised
• You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge)

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

4. Account access

Each purchase is tied to one account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing signs of sharing or abuse without refund.

5. Acceptable use

You're responsible for how you use content generated with AISTUDIO tools. You may not use our products to create content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, depicts real identifiable people without consent, or violates the rights of others.

6. AI-generated content

All output from AISTUDIO tools is AI-generated. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated content.
